Welcome to the Institute of Islamic Education ("IIE"). By accessing or using our website, iieccpora.org, and our associated services (including Student portals, Workspace, and Library), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Compliance with National Laws & Zero Tolerance Policy

  • Strict Adherence to Law: The Institute of Islamic Education operates strictly within the framework of the Constitution of our country and the laws of the land.
  • No Support for Anti-National Activities: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any anti-national, unlawful, extremist, subversive, or radical activities. We do not endorse, fund, or support any individuals, groups, or ideologies that threaten the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of the nation.
  • User Responsibility: Any user, student, or individual found using our platform, premises, forums, or name to promote, incite, or engage in such unlawful activities will face immediate termination of their account and association with the Institute. We will report such incidents and cooperate fully with the appropriate law enforcement and intelligence authorities.

2. Use of the Website

  • Purpose: The content provided on this website is for informational, educational, and non-commercial purposes only, aimed at fostering a rich learning environment rooted in authentic Islamic principles.
  • Code of Conduct: You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability. Harassment, spamming of forms, or submission of abusive or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Unless otherwise stated, the Institute of Islamic Education and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website, including but not limited to the logo, text, graphics, images, "Zubairiyyah Library" resources, "Al-Tarbiya" newsletter content, and Blogs/Writings.
  • You may view and download pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to restrictions set in these terms. You must not republish, sell, rent, or reproduce material from this website for commercial gain without our explicit written consent.

4. Donations and Payments

  • Voluntary Basis: All donations made to IIE (via Direct Bank Transfer, UPI, or QR Code) are completely voluntary and are considered gifts to support our educational and charitable mission.
  • Receipts: If you request a receipt via our online form, you are responsible for providing accurate transaction details and payment screenshots. We aim to verify transactions and send digital receipts via WhatsApp within 24 hours.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the charitable nature of the Institute, all donations are final and non-refundable. If an error occurs during your bank or UPI transaction, please contact your respective bank immediately.

5. Appointments and Admissions

  • Teacher Appointments: Submitting an appointment request form does not guarantee a meeting. Appointments are strictly subject to the respective teacher's availability. IIE reserves the right to suggest alternative dates/times, reschedule, or decline requests at our discretion.
  • Programs: Applications for admissions and programs are subject to the specific rules, criteria, and capacity limits of the Institute.

6. User Accounts (Student Login & Workspace)

  • Account Security: If you are provided with or create login credentials for our Student Portal or Workspace, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
  • Account Liability: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to the portals at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions (especially Section 1).

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Google Maps) that are not owned or controlled by IIE. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. IIE makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website. We do not guarantee that the website will be constantly available, secure, or free from bugs or viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Institute of Islamic Education, nor its directors, employees, or volunteers, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.

10. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent the Institute of Islamic Education from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time as we see fit. By using this website, you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of state and country. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts.
