Password must meet all of the following:

• At least 12 characters
• Includes 3 of: uppercase, lowercase, number, symbol
• Not a common or easily guessed password
• No 3+ identical characters in a row
• No obvious sequences like 1234 or abcd
• No spaces
• Matches confirmation
